Our Story

Welcome to Client Crate

Client Crate is family owned and based out of the beautiful mountain town of Roslyn, WA., a move made after years in the real estate hustle of Metro Seattle and outlying suburbs.  

After years in real estate, the owner was working on her own “keep-in-touch” issues during one of her year-end business planning sessions. This led to the bulk purchase of some high-quality charcuterie boards and an industrial laser engraver. After paying $88 bucks per to get some humdrum cutting boards with client names as closing gifts throughout the years it was a no brainer to do it herself.

The client reviews, social media posts, and thank you letters that followed this gifting blew her away, and she began to offer this to her very dearest real estate peers.  A year goes by… business planning loomed at her door again,  and it was time for an industrial embroidery machine and a couple hundred spa towels.  You get the picture.

Now; a fully operational fulfillment center with oodles of creativity, it’s available to everyone in Washington and Oregon.

As a long-time real estate broker, I spent many long hours trying to come up with creative closing gifts that would make my clients smile. Then more hours (and money) trying to find a great way to stay in touch with them. It was either: do a lot of shopping & shipping, and spend a lot of money to send small gifts, or find programs that provided not much more than magazine subscriptions, calendars, emails, and holiday cards.

You spend days, week, months (sometimes years!) with your buyers. On closing day, you know so much about them. All brokers know to jot it down for keeping in touch, but do they?

Client Crate will take you beyond the CRM.

Sign-up, pay at closing and fill in our client information form with as much info a you can, and for 7-years, the gift you send them (without trying) will say something to Jane Doe about if she ever made it onto Jeopardy, or to John Smith on if he wishes he could go back to Thailand right about now (“because, brrr. It’s cold”). It will be as custom as you choose to make it!

Experienced and Considerate

We find joy in this. We want to take what you give us and create experiences. While several gifts will be pre-determined (please see the “get started” page), there is room for truly custom items based off your info. Better than a calendar or magazine subscription, I’d say.
