Terms and Conditions

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our number one priority is making your clients feel special and remembered.  Every effort will be made to take the information provided by you to create thoughtful, quality, creative gifts for them.  With that said, we will be basing all our gifts off the information that is provided by the broker.  While sensitive to relationships, lifespans, aging pets, etc., we will be sending gifts throughout the seven years that may conflict with the current situations of a client’s life.  We will make efforts to send pet related items toward the beginning of membership, and allow updating of any information that a broker may hear throughout the years (marriage, break-ups, illnesses/deaths, etc.) Most gifts will be from the set (safe) gift list in the order page of the website.  Any variance in gift giving will be well thought out and based off the information provided by the brokers.  The standard five gifts in rotation will be the exact version noted on the website unless they become unavailable, or production is stopped.  Any replacement items will be of equal or greater quality and as like style as can be.  The five standard gifts: Charcuterie Boards, custom map coasters, framed client photo, or custom frame, throw blanket, locally sourced candles/soaps, and embroidered towel sets.  Holiday standard gifts: embroidered stockings, or custom ornaments.  Option available on order page.  Other gifts vary widely depending on information provided by broker and can range from dog dishes or pashmina to custom metal coat hangers, flasks, or mugs.  This is where the creativity gets to cut loose.

Production Time: The “closing day” gifts will be mailed within 3 days of closing. Follow-up, Keep-In-Touch gifts will arrive to the clients on or just before each anniversary of the closing date, as well as one holiday gift the holiday season following the first anniversary.  Client-Crate finds joy in special moments and will add an additional gift if a special moment is brought to light (weddings, clients win the national bowling tournament, new jobs, etc.) Additional perks will depend on ability to follow the clients, and/or the broker’s influence and are a bonus, not a guarantee.

*If a membership is purchased via credit card prior to closing the product will be produced and mailed according to the closing date provided.  If a closing date changes or is cancelled it is the responsibility of the broker to update the information.  This may be done by logging in to your account, and/or emailing sales@client-crate.com.

Cancellation Charges: When a membership is ordered, the inventory is ordered, and production calendar is produced.  Because the usable portion of the membership fee is immediately used for future fulfillment memberships are non-refundable.  Should a client sell and buy a new home with the subscribed broker, the membership can continue with updated client contact information.  Should a client close a purchase or sale with a different broker, regardless of our best Keep-In-Touch effort, the broker can decide whether to keep sending the agreed to membership, or to end the program without a refund.  Should a broker choose to give up their license the gifts will end.  Please be strategic in ordering.  If this client was a nightmare, do you want to send them gifts with the hope of dealing with it again?  Is it an apology membership to repair a bad relationship?  Client-Crate LLC will not take responsibility for the relationships outside of our Keep-In-Touch gift giving promise.

*Memberships purchased prior to closing, but that do not close or are cancelled prior to closing will be refunded 100% – less, wire or transaction fees. It is the responsibility of the broker to cancel the purchase prior to the scheduled closing time.  This can be done by logging in, or by emailing sales@client-crate.com

Changes to memberships: All changes must be made in writing through the customer’s account on client-crate.com.  Client-Crate staff will have open communication about any issues, changes, questions, or ideas with the brokers.

Personalization: All personalization’s will be based off the information provided by the broker at check out, or in updates done while logged in.  Correct spellings, dates, ages, ideas, and addresses are critical to make this Keep-in-touch program a success and are the responsibility of the subscribing broker.

Payment Terms: Memberships will not begin until payment has been received.  Credit/Debit cards are accepted via the order page.  Payments through escrow are also available.  Please make sure your licensed brokerage allows pre-commission deductions and apply any of your brokerages standard procedures to escrow for a smooth closing.  We will invoice escrow with wire instructions.  Generally, it is also necessary for the broker to give notice of the charge.

Prices: All prices are upfront, and client-crate is committed to fulfill 7 years’ worth of membership for every client assigned a membership.

Right to Promotion: Unless specified in writing at time of order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.

Logos Displayed: Logos or trademarks displayed on products in our catalog and in this website are solely for the purpose of showing imprinting capabilities on these products. They are not intended to reflect or imply endorsement of the products by the companies the logos or trademarks represent and are not available for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such design.

Shipping: Orders are shipped USPS from Washington State. Shipping cost is included in the upfront payment regardless of increases in shipping costs.  All shipments will be ground. Shipping dates will consider anniversary or expected delivery dates.

Artwork: If you have specific artwork for the client (family crest, artwork their child did, photo of the dog, etc.) please submit in the upload section of the order page.  If you have ideas, please add to the additional info section so that we can incorporate it into your clients Keep In Touch program.

Product Disclaimer: Colors may vary product to product and order to order.
